第一次发芽试验情况报告
Report on the First Germination Test
2019年4月22日,从肇庆市鼎湖山上取干净的泥土回来,放置于二个塑料花盘中。一个塑料花盘中放置了全生物降解材料(外面用塑料胶带缠绕,即照片1右边的塑料花盘),作为对照的另一个塑料花盘中则不放全生物降解材料(照片1左边的塑料花盘)。
On April 22, 2019, clean soil was taken from the DingHu Mountain in Shiuhing and placed in two plastic flowerpots. A plastic flowerpot was placed with biodegradable materials (wrapped around with plastic tape, right of photo 1), while another plastic flowerpot was placed without biodegradable materials (left of photo 1).
4月23日,在每个花盘中放进从佛山市农贸市场购买的干黄豆40粒,干红豆40粒(两者合计为80粒),然后覆盖泥土在上面(见照片1)。
On April 23, 40 dried soya beans and 40 dried red beans (a total of 80) bought from the farmer’s market in Foshan were placed in each flowerpot and covered with soil (photo 1).
4月26日观察,大部分豆苗已经长出到平塑料花盘上部开口处,部分豆苗已经露出塑料花盘上部开口处(见照片2)。
On April 26, most of the seedlings had grown to the same height as the plastic flowerpot, and some of the seedlings had grown higher than the plastic flowerpot (photo 2).
5月1日下午,观察到放置了全生物降解材料的塑料花盘中的豆苗比较繁茂(见照片3),而对照组(不放全生物降解材料)的塑料花盘中的豆苗比较弱(见照片3)。这可能是全生物降解材料中的淀粉降解后为塑料花盘中的豆苗提供了肥料所致。
On the afternoon of May 1, it was observed that the seedlings in the plastic flowerpot with biodegradable materials were more abundant, while those in the control group (without biodegradable materials) were weaker (photo 3). This may be caused by the degradation of starch in the biodegradable material to provide fertilizer for the bean seedlings in the plastic flowerpot.
拔下两个塑料花盘中的豆苗,进行发芽计数,结果发现,两个塑料花盘中的豆苗数量都是72,发芽率都是90%(72/80)。这说明全生物降解材料对试验中所用的豆类的发芽率没有明显的影响。
According to statistics, the number of seedlings in the two plastic flowerpots was 72 and the germination rate was 90% (72/80). This indicated that the whole biodegradable material had no significant effect on the germination rate of the legumes used in the experiment.
试验期间当地的天气情况是:4月23日,多云、24至31度。4月24日,多云、24至32度。4月25日,大雨、22至31度。4月26日,大雨、22至28度。4月27日,大雨、22至28度。4月28日,中雨、24至30度。4月29日,阵雨、24至30度。4月30日,中雨、21至26度。

第二次发芽试验情况报告
Second germination test report
全生物降解材料产品降解到土壤中后,是否影响到农作物和其他植物的发芽与长势,是衡量全生物降解产品质量的一个重要指标,为此我们做了2次种子发芽试验。这是第二次发芽试验的报告。
Whether the degradation of whole biodegradable materials into the soil affects the germination and growth of crops and other plants is an important indicator to measure the quality of all biodegradable products. For this reason, we have carried out two seed germination tests.This is the report of the second germination test.
1、试验过程观察与分析
1. Observation and analysis of the test process
2019年5月3日下午,从肇庆市鼎湖区农贸市场购回来小南瓜一个(约2800克重),破南瓜、取出南瓜籽。各放置50粒新鲜南瓜籽于上第一次发芽试验用的二个塑料花盘中(一个塑料花盘中放置了我们公司用全生物降解材料生产的产品粉碎物即作为加料组,为了更好地辨别,塑料花盘外面用透明塑料胶带缠绕。作为对照的另一个塑料花盘中则不放全生物降解材料),在南瓜籽上面覆盖部分土。
On the afternoon of May 3, 2019, one small pumpkin (about 2800 grams) was purchased from the farmer’s market in Dinghu District, Zhaoqing City. The pumpkin was broken and the pumpkin seeds were taken out.50 fresh pumpkin seeds were placed in each of the two plastic flower trays used in the first germination test (a plastic flower tray was placed with the product pulverized material produced by our company using all biodegradable materials as a feeding group, in order to better distinguish The outside of the plastic disk is wrapped with transparent plastic tape. In the other plastic disk as a control, the whole biodegradable material is not placed, and some soil is covered on the pumpkin seed.
5月22日观察,大部分南瓜苗高度低于塑料花盘上部开口处(见照片1)。对南瓜籽进行发芽计数,对照组发芽10株,发芽率20%(10/50)。加料组发芽14株,发芽率28%(14/50)。加料组的发芽率大于对照组,这说明,全生物降解材料降解后作为肥料,提高了南瓜种子的发芽率。
On May 22, most pumpkin seedlings were placed at a lower height than the upper opening of the plastic disk (see photo 1).The pumpkin seeds were counted for germination, and the control group was germinated 10 with a germination rate of 20% (10/50).The feeding group germinated 14 plants with a germination rate of 28% (14/50).The germination rate of the feeding group was greater than that of the control group, which indicated that the degradation of the whole biodegradable material as a fertilizer increased the germination rate of the pumpkin seed.
5月25日观察,大部分南瓜苗已经长出到平塑料花盘上部开口处,部分南瓜苗已经露出塑料花盘上部开口处(见照片2)。对南瓜籽进行发芽计数,对照组发芽11株,发芽率22%(11/50)。加料组发芽19株,发芽率38%(19/50)。加料组的发芽率大于对照组,这说明,全生物降解材料降解后作为肥料,提高了南瓜种子的发芽率。
On May 25th, most of the pumpkin seedlings had grown to the upper opening of the flat plastic disk, and some pumpkin seedlings had exposed the upper opening of the plastic disk (see photo 2).The germination of the pumpkin seeds was counted, and 11 of the control group were germinated, and the germination rate was 22% (11/50).The feeding group germinated 19 strains with a germination rate of 38% (19/50).The germination rate of the feeding group was greater than that of the control group, which indicated that the degradation of the whole biodegradable material as a fertilizer increased the germination rate of the pumpkin seed.
5月31日观察,大部分南瓜苗高度已经高于塑料花盘上部开口处5至10公分左右。对南瓜籽进行发芽计数,对照组发芽12株,发芽率24%(12/50)。加料组发芽20株,发芽率40%(20/50)。加料组的发芽率大于对照组,这说明,全生物降解材料降解后作为肥料,提高了南瓜种子的发芽率。
On May 31, the height of most pumpkin seedlings was higher than the upper opening of the plastic disk by about 5 to 10 cm.The germination count was carried out on the pumpkin seeds, and 12 in the control group were germinated, and the germination rate was 24% (12/50).The feeding group germinated 20 strains, and the germination rate was 40% (20/50).The germination rate of the feeding group was greater than that of the control group, which indicated that the degradation of the whole biodegradable material as a fertilizer increased the germination rate of the pumpkin seed.

对照组塑料花盘中的部分南瓜苗长势好于加料组,这是因为加料组的塑料花盘中的南瓜苗比对照组多了8株(20-12=8),南瓜苗在同样的空间内受多种因素的限制无法充分伸展所致。
Some pumpkin seedlings in the plastic disk of the control group grew better than the feeding group. This is because the pumpkin seedlings in the plastic disk of the feeding group were 8 more than the control group (20-12=8), and the pumpkin seedlings were affected in the same space. The limitations of many factors cannot be fully extended.

3、第一次发芽试验与第二次发芽试验的比较
3. Comparison of the first germination test and the second germination test
一是用的试验种子不同,第一次发芽试验用的是干的黄豆与红豆。第二次发芽试验用的是新鲜的南瓜籽。
First, the test seeds used were different. The first germination test used dry soybeans and red beans.The second germination test used fresh pumpkin seeds.
二是下的种子数量不同,第一次发芽试验时,每个塑料花盘中播下种子各80粒。第二次发芽试验时,每个塑料花盘中下种子各50粒。因为南瓜籽比黄豆与红豆都要大,担心每个塑料花盘中难以容纳过多的南瓜苗,所以适当减少了播种南瓜籽的数量。
Second, the number of seeds under the seed is different. In the first germination test, 80 seeds were sown in each plastic flower disk.In the second germination test, 50 seeds were placed in each plastic disk.Because pumpkin seeds are larger than soybeans and red beans, and it is difficult to accommodate too many pumpkin seedlings in each plastic disk, the amount of pumpkin seeds is appropriately reduced.
三是发芽率不同,第一次发芽试验时,最高发芽率为90%。第二次发芽试验时,最高发芽率为40%。
Third, the germination rate is different. When the first germination test, the highest germination rate is 90%.In the second germination test, the highest germination rate was 40%.
四是试验用的时间不同,第一次发芽试验在4月22至5月1日,共10天。第二次发芽试验在5月3至5月31日,共29天。第一次发芽试验时,干的黄豆与红豆发芽快。第二次发芽试验时,新鲜的南瓜籽发芽慢。
Fourth, the test time is different. The first germination test is from April 22 to May 1, for a total of 10 days.The second germination test was conducted from May 3 to May 31 for a total of 29 days.During the first germination test, dried soybeans and red beans sprouted faster.Fresh pumpkin seeds germinated slowly during the second germination test.
五是试验期间的天气情况不同,第一次发芽试验期间,前期的温度比较高。 第二次发芽试验期间,前期的温度比较低。
Fifth, the weather conditions during the test were different. During the first germination test, the temperature in the previous period was relatively high.During the second germination test, the previous temperature was relatively low.
